Paul Scotto, Winemaker

We’re pleased to have my brother Paul join the ADS Wine team. After graduating from the U.C. Davis Viticulture & Enology program, Paul worked for one of the Russian River’s premier Pinot Noir producers, where his experiences developing vineyards led him into a stint selling earthmoving equipment.

Fortunately for us, he has “returned to his roots” and Paul is now the production manager and assistant winemaker at Lodi, in addition to representing us at a variety of domestic and international wine events. He also created the Sera Fina Cellars brand, focusing on Old Vine Zinfandel and Syrah, and recently opened his Sera Fina Cellars winery near Plymouth, California and Cinque, his retail and tasting room, in nearby Settler’s Creek. Paul is usually behind the winery’s tasting room counter on the weekends so if you’re visiting Amador County, be sure to stop in and enjoy some award winning Sera Fina wines. www.serafinacellars.com
